Project: Member online

My role: UI/UX designer

Rest Super launched a refreshed brand identity, and it was our responsibility in the Digital Experience team to bring it to life across the website, app, and member portal. We developed a scalable Figma design system that ensured visual consistency and ease of implementation across all digital touchpoints. My role was implementing this across the new Member Portal, replacing the old and outdated version.

The redesign wasn’t just about visuals — the new Member Portal introduced a range of new features, along with improved security measures. While the security architecture was led by our cybersecurity team, I collaborated closely with them to reflect these changes in the user experience. My role involved updating user flows in Figma to incorporate things like multi-factor authentication, secure sign-in patterns, and verification steps — helping ensure these enhancements felt seamless, intuitive, and trustworthy from a member’s perspective.

To further elevate the brand experience, I introduced animation to the 3D assets that were a part of the new brand identity. Designed and rendered in Blender, these micro-animations added warmth, personality, and motion to an otherwise static UI, helping reinforce the refreshed identity in subtle but delightful ways. Each icon was modelled with attention to brand tone and lighting, cycling through a range of styles that were both informative and expressive.
